One of the biggest problems with making the arrangements is reaching a decision between a large group of people. So here’s a 3 step guide to make the process as hassle free as possible:

STEP 1:

• Thinking of your guest list – if you are sharing the cost between the group, then the bigger the group the cheaper per person- remember not everyone will attend, so make your guest list as big as possible, usually only 75% of those invited can make it. We find the average group size to be between 15 and 25 guests.
• First decide on the activities you’d like to do, it’s good to send an email to your party guest with links to the sites (you can link to the shared party you’d like to join or to one of our private celebration packages)
• Second decide the budget per person- go for the middle price.
• Do you want to stay overnight?
• Then think of the area you’d like to hold the event
• Next decide the date (give a choice of 3 dates to your guests)

Tips:

As a guide private events usually cost between £55 to £70 per person, we’re always trying to acheive the best value for you, so sometimes this will include a drinks package or extra actor, there are various upgrade options but its safe to say we can work within those figures.

For a private event plus B&B your budget should be around £130 to £150 per person, bear in mind 4 star costs more than 3 star and somewhere with a Spa usually costs a little more (but its worth it)!

STEP 2- For a private event:

• Once you’ve established the top activity and budget along with first and second choice date complete an enquiry form, giving as much detail as possible.
• We will find a venue and price the package within your budget (where realistic!) and send you a quote by email this usually take us 2 working days to put together.
• You then have 7 days to accept the quotation, so email your group and ask for an update in 4 days, also advise them you need to pay a 50% deposit on booking and the final payment one month prior to the event, Click for Hen_Night_Confirming _Deposit_Letter

STEP 2 – For a shared event:

• You can book securely online (our site is secure and protected by SAGEPAY security) and pay the full amount.
• Or if you prefer to pay in instalments, you can reserve space for 7 days by completing an enquiry form then complete a booking form Murder%20Mystery%20Events%20Shared%20Party%20Booking%20Form%202011.

STEP 3:

• Get back to us with your final details (food order, gossip and upgrades)
